Game Recap

In the first half of the game, Northwest maintained possession more than Sherwood, but Sherwood had fast passing and speedy forwards who were able to get the ball in the goal in a scuttle in front of the cage with only 7:00 minutes left in the first half. The second half was hard fought and played mostly in the middle of the field with neither team successfully making it to the circle. However, with only 5:42 left in the game, Sherwood managed to come down their right side of the field and score after a pass was sent across the goal. Both teams were even in their amount of shots on goal and goalie saves. Sherwood outnumbered the Jags in corners by 2, with 3 corners to the Jags 1. It was a disappointing loss after such a hard fought game.
